▪ Electric Utility-Staffing & Recruiting Group (EU-S&RG): 2008 conference was hosted by Luminant & STPNOC in Ft. Worth, TX on May 13, 2008. Steering Committee will determin 2009 location by July 31. The 2007 conference was hosted by Progress Energy in St. Petersburg, FL and the 2006 conference was hosted by TVA and Dominion Resources.

2009 Conference: location will be determined at a Steering Committee telecom on July 9, 2008 (considering a parallel conference with the Electric Utility HR Metrics Conference to be hosted by TVA and Nashville Electric Service on May)

▪ Nuclear Human Resources Group (NHRG): 2008 Conference was hosted by Luminant & STPNOC in Ft. Worth, TX on May 13-15, 2008. The 2007 conference was hosted by Exelon Nuclear in Chicago, IL and 2006 conference was hosted by FPL Group in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

2009 Conference: will be co-hosted by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and Southern Nuclear in Atlanta, GA on May 6-8, 2009)

▪ Electric Utility-HR Metrics Conference: the 2008 rollout of 2007 HR Metrics (37 electric utilities) at the annual Conference hosted by El Paso Electric on May 21-22, 2008. Added review of 32 HR organization charts and Scott Madden, Inc presented a more detailed analysis of the HR Metrics & comparison to other industries.
