WHO ARE WE?
HR Strategies & Solutions was incorporated in 1992 to provide consulting,
staff augmentation and benchmarking services to a highly regulated industry.
Historically, the first function that shrinks during organizational change is
HR...leaving fewer people to manage the tremendous workload and forcing HR to
look outside for support to get the work done. We can provide this interim
work support. Due to our consultant’s management and consulting experience,
we have an intimate understanding of the challenges you are facing, coupled with
the unique capability to resolve those challenges...with relevant, integrated
solutions tailored to the specific needs of your organization.
