Ann Johnson-Bly, Principal Consultant

An analysis expert in Human Resources Management and Consulting Ms. Johnson-Bly's position within HR Strategies & Solutions, Inc. is devoted to Corporate, Marketing, Nuclear Employment, Interventions, and Change Management. She is also currently on assignment with Northeast Utilities- Millstone Nuclear Station as a HR Consultant assisting with the Millstone Recovery effort.

In addition she is responsible for the development and implementation of a dynamic Transition Model to improve management and subordinate relationships as well as increase effectiveness of the organization. Her professional HR experience began in 1978 as a Methods Analyst and HR Manager for Northeast Utilities Employment Services, which included the nuclear and retail business, group.

In 1992, as part of the Performance Enhancement Program at Millstone, Ms. Johnson-Bly led a staffing team responsible for filling over 300 positions. In 1996 she joined the HR Recovery Team for Millstone Nuclear Station for which she was initially responsible for all staffing. This resulted in several hires, reduced the number of days to hire from 89 to 26, and increased the HR staffing customer satisfaction rating from 2.8 to 3.5 (Rating of five) in a short 11 months. She is also providing HR consulting services to over half of that nuclear organization.

Ms. Johnson-Bly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in English and an MS Degree in Organizational Behavior.
