Mr. Dalonzo’s expertise is in Strategic Staffing Initiatives for On and Off-Site Recruitment, Behavioral Interviewing Methodology, Job Analysis and Position Evaluations for Compensation Programs, Writing Job Descriptions, Workforce Planning and Retention, Employee Relations, HR Policy Development, Performance Management and Business Process Improvement.

Prior to joining HR Strategies & Solutions, Mr. Dalonzo was Manager of Human Resources for Florida Power Corporations’ North Florida Region for ten years and was responsible for the region’s HR activities including all Fossil and Nuclear Stations and supervised a staff of fifteen employees. Before serving 17 years with Florida Power Corporation, he was employed at Betz Laboratories in Philadelphia and United Technologies’ division of Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in East Hartford, CT. as a staffing and generalist Human Resources professional

Mr. Dalonzo holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Central Connecticut and has taken extensive corporate management and various HR training programs including: the “Looking Glass” program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC; Hay Associates Compensation Design, Job Analysis and Position Description Writing and Ernst & Young’s, Market Based position evaluations and job analysis.
